Refund Policy

At HarmoLux Candles, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an online order, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. Items should be returned carefully packaged. We may reduce the refund if an item has been handled more than necessary and this has reduced its value. Once we receive your return, we will process any refund due within 14 days. Your original standard delivery charge will also be refunded where required by law.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, not as described or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the issue. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy. Where goods are rejected because they are faulty or not as described, HarmoLux Candles will cover reasonable return costs where required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
