These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the HarmoLux Candles website or purchase products from us. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and the total cost of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an error in pricing, product information or availability.
Delivery
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive any available tracking information. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. HarmoLux Candles cannot be responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
Orders & Payments
HarmoLux Candles products are handcrafted in small batches. Because they are handmade, slight variations in colour, appearance or finish may occur between products. These small variations are normal and do not affect the quality or intended use of the product. Product images are provided as accurately as possible, although colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Cancellations & Returns
If you change your mind about an order, your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
